Puppy Swim Classes
Does your dog paddle in a panic, splashing around like they’re not quite sure what to do, or does
their back end tend to sink? With steadier kicking and a straighter body position, most dogs
become far more confident swimmers — and that’s exactly where swimming lessons at Aquapaws can
help.
Dogs are clever, but swimming doesn’t always come naturally. The rush of the water, pressure on
their chest, lack of depth perception, and the feeling of sinking can make it all a bit
overwhelming.
If you’re serious about helping your dog or puppy learn to swim safely and positively, we’d love to
guide you. Our heated, purpose-built dog pool is the perfect learning environment, and our
hydrotherapist is in the water with your dog at all times, using a life jacket until they’re
comfortable and confident.
