Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Aussie Dog Wheelchairs. Our goal is to have happy pets and happy, satisfied, customers. Your pet's care is important to us and we will make every effort to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the products and services we offer.


Warranty
Your pet wheelchair comes with a life-time warranty against manufacturing faults. Normal wear and tear on girth straps, leg slings and wheels are not covered under our warranty nor are issues from general and misuse. Please contact us and we will determine whether your pet wheelchair needs new parts or replacement. Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.


Return and Refund Policy Aussie Dog Wheelchairs

1. Please call us before returning your wheelchair to discuss your decision.
2. You will be refunded of the cost of the Wheelchair less 10% as long as it is returned within 14 days, clean, and in 'like new' condition.
3. Charges will be applied if the wheelchair is returned in less than new condition (needs cleaning, refurbishing, or repairs).
4. Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Card processing fees are non-refundable.

All other products

1. Returns, exchanges, and refunds can be made up to seven (7) days from the date you received your order.
2. Aquapaws will not accept any returned product for refund or exchange unless the item can be sold, as new, clean and free of dog hair
3. Custom made orders are non refundable.
4. Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Card processing fees are non-refundable.
