Aquapaws and Covid 19

Due to the rise in Covid 19 cases across Melbourne, to remain open, we are now conducting all assessments in our outdoor under cover area. Please do not enter the clinic. All treatments will now be carried out contactless however, you are still able to view your dog. If you have any questions or need further information, please call us on 59 77 88 41. This will apply from Saturday 9 October 2021.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping all of us as safe as possible during these difficult times.


Aquapaws endeavours to keep its staff and customers safe by: 

· Staying home and getting tested if unwell
· Checking in everywhere, every time
· Wearing a fitted mask when required
· Keeping our distance from others where possible
· Washing our hands regularly
· Cleaning used surfaces frequently
· Having an up to date COVID Safe Plan for our business
· Requiring our workers to get vaccinated as required by the Chief Health officer  

PLEASE NOTE; Some members of the Aquapaws team have particular vulnerabilities and are at particular risk of serious health complications should they contract the virus. For this reason customers who have not been vaccinated cannot be permitted onto the premises. Aquapaws' team request that you do not attend the premises if you are not prepared to provide evidence of at least one dose of vaccination. We hope customers understand the reason for this, however, no debate will be entered into.
