Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for all of our products as long as they are returned within 14 days of receiving them and in 'like new condition' with all parts included.

'Like new' means that you return the product like you received it. It needs to free of dog hair and dirt.

If your product is damaged, returned dirty or has missing parts, we need to clean it, fix it or replace it. That requires our time and resources. In this case, we deduct these costs from your refund.
