1. Contact us to book an appointment by phoning (03) 59 77 88 41.

2. Print out the online Terms and Conditions and the Veterinary Referral Form from this web site.

3. Please read, fully understand and sign and date our Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions please contact us.

4. Ask your Veterinary Surgeon to complete the Referral Form and give your pet a thorough health check.

5. On your pet's first appointment please bring with you:
a) Your completed Veterinary Referral Form
b) Terms and Conditions
c) Your Pets current vaccination certificate

Please allow your dog plenty of time to defecate before therapy. There is a secure grass section in front of Reception to use and bags are provided for removal of waste.

Please do not let your pet wonder around the farm to relieve themselves.

Please do not exercise your dog before Rehabilitation or Conditioning Programs.
